Please be aware that you can modify your time zone, and this has a direct effect on the data and how it calculates all the relative metrics on your dashboards. You can see the time zone dropdown in the top right of the dashboard viewer.
Now that you've updated the time zone of the report data your viewing on your dashboard, please note that this will obviously not change the data that you're viewing from other sources. As a result, data exported from other means might not have the same time zone applied, and thus the output results will not match what you're seeing on your dashboard. The dashboards display live data as it is stored in our databases, and this is frequently updated (note: this is why running the report the first time can sometimes take a little longer than return report visits).
