visitor interacts with Marketplace by taking an action, such as clicking on a product, using search feature, etc.

Engagement Rate

percentage of users taking action, calculated as active users divided by unique visitors

Pageviews

number of pages visited by all users

Time on Site

average visit duration (in minutes)

Unique Visitors

number of unique cookies

Returning Visitors

users returning to the site

total count of user sessions

Action Types

Nav Engaged

user interacts with navigational elements or footer links

Energy Engaged

user interacts with the energy efficiency & costs section of a product details page

Cart Engaged

user interacts with or changes the cart

Product Info Clicked

user interacts with any of the three sections (efficiency, average price, or star rating below the product image on the product details page

Map Engaged

anytime user interacts with map features

Autocomplete Engaged

user types in the Search bar. Action is recorded when results start to auto populate.

Product List Filtered

user filters on the results page, or selects view all best reviewed products button on homepage

Product List Sorted

user interacts with sort functionality. This includes sort on a category page or reviews.

Eco Engaged

user interacts with the eco-related section of a product details page

Promo Clicked

user clicks a promotional offer, such as clicking on the Solar or Contractor tools

Account Changed

user changes account preferences or details of their account

Answered Nudge

user answers any CSAT survey question

Offer Clicked

user clicks ‘Buy’ button

Product List Sorted

user sorts product list by enervee score, reviews, etc

Signed Up

user enters in email address to sign up or enters in a password.

Signed Out

signed in user clicks ‘log out’
