Yes, each rebate needs to be completed individually to map all the changes in our system. Future rebates or changes to previously form-submitted rebates can be referenced by clicking the link emailed to you to return to your submission and make updates as needed. Making updates to this form will create a new entry, so you don't need to worry about overwriting a previous submission. Upon receiving the submission, Enervee will review it and ask any clarifying questions before making the updates to the marketplace.
